AGRICULTURE DAY
The Dale County Youth Leadership group
had a great time exploring the agriculture
industry in our area yesterday. We toured
Dallas Hartzog's Satsuma Farm, where we
learned about this amazing fruit; Todd's Sugar
Cane Farm, where we learned about syrup making
and a whole lot about agricultural history;
and ended the day learning about the poultry
industry from Auburn professor Dr. Joseph
Hess.
